    Yeah it's a nutter of a hill alright. Part way up it is surfaced in concrete for better grip. Make sure to park your car the right way or have a full tank of petrol. I believe in 2000, some crazy kids rode a wheelie bin down Baldwin Street and didn't make it to the hospital in time. Must be a varsity thing. ;-)
